Our helpful treatment coordinator will assist you in reviewing the many options on our "Orthodontic Fee Worksheet." Should you wish to pay treatment in full, we offer a generous courtesy.
Insurance
We are happy to assist you and file your insurance claim to receive the maximum benefit. We will verify the insurance carrier, determine the estimated amount they will pay, and submit the forms for you.
